Who we are?
JD-MSC is a Canadian Consultant Company that provides managerial and operational support to mining projects worldwide.
Since 2011, JD-MSC has been involved with mining projects located in Canada, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, South Africa and Chile.
Since 2019, a subsidiary JD-MSC SpA was created in Santiago, Chile to support the development of exploration & mining projects through South America.

Management & Resources
Jaime Delgado, MBA (President & Founder)
+25 years of international open pit and underground mining experience working in areas of geology, engineering, planning, rock mechanics and projects, including managerial, director and advisory roles.
Since 2011, JD have been involved in different projects providing management & technical services through JD Mining Support Corp. (JD-MSC). Prior to that, JD worked as Mine Manager, Acting General Manager and Project Director for Minto Mine, located in the Yukon Territory, Canada. Previous roles in Canada include Project Eng./Superintendent for Procon Mining & Tunnelling Ltd. and Senior Planner, Rock Mechanic Eng. for Goldcorp & Placer Dome at Campbell Mine, ON. Previous roles in Chile include Geomechanic, Mine Geologist and Exploration Geologist at Zaldivar Mine (Placer Dome) and Carolina de Michilla (Minera Rio Azul) respectively.
Education includes an MBA from Simon Fraser University (2017) and a Graduate Certificate in Business in the Americas (SFU-Canada, Vanderbilt-USA, ITAM-Mexico & FIA-Brazil); a Diploma in Innovation and Mining Industry: Rock Mechanic & Geotechnical Engineering at the Universidad de Chile (2000); and an Undergrad in Science-Geology at the Universidad Católica del Norte, Antofagasta, Chile (1992).
